Refund and Returns Policy

Please read our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Return Policy thoroughly before placing an order;

OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to accurately showcase our products to minimize any potential disappointment for our customers. We achieve this by providing precise descriptions, including measurements, materials, and the manufacturer’s proposed colour. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee colour accuracy, as it may vary slightly from reality due to individual monitor and brightness settings. All our products are thoroughly quality checked before dispatch

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase(s) please contact us at info@modestsouq.co.uk to initiate a refund. You MUST do this within 14 days of receiving your order, along with your order number as well as the reason for your return. You MUST return the item within 14 days of contacting us in ALL circumstances. We can not accept a refund/return once 14 days have passed.

Refund requests will not be entertained via any other method of communication. You must contact us first before sending any products back to the return address.

ALL ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE UNWORN, ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS INTACT AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Any returns which have marks, damages or smells/scents to suggest they have been worn will not be accepted.

Please be aware that ALL returns incur a £1.99 restocking and administrative fee for the initial Thobe/Abaya and a further £1.99 for each subsequent Thobe/Abaya.

Please allow Modest Souq Up to 14 working days to process your request. there after an additional 2-5 working days for your bank/credit card company to process the transaction.

Modest Souq encourage you to return your order via a tracked shipping service as we will not be responsible for any orders lost in transit. Modest Souq will also not reimburse any shipping fees for any returns. These would be at the customers own expense.

We cannot accepts returns on any products that have been reduced on sale.

Exchanges

Please email info@modestsouq.co.uk with your order number requesting an exchange and reason for exchange.
As above, an exchange will only be accepted if the item(s) are in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact. Please ensure a tracked shipping service is used and Modest Souq will not reimburse any shipping fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 working days and a credit (minus the restock & administrative charge) will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 WORKING days, first check your emails including Junk/spam folder before contacting Modest Souq. We may have already notified you that a refund has been rejected (and reasons why) or it has been completed and the transaction is now being processed by your bank/card company.
